Emotional fitness is for everybody, whether you are a child, a teen, a mother, father, single, married, it has no age, gender, religion. It is for anyone and everyone as we all face emotions.
Our membership offers an understanding into how emotions work and we show you how to let go of emotions. If you have never been able to meditate or done any form of coaching this is a great place to start.
Everyone faces mental health and one way to look after you is through emotional well being. Just imagine if you started letting go, it would make a huge impact on you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our clients experienced huge benefits using emotional fitness.

If this is a brand new experience for you I would highly encourage 10/30 minutes per day for at least a few months. Emotions need you to dedicate time to support yourself especially when you are suffering emotional pain.
Emotional pain is when you have suffered from social anxiety, experience a loss, trauma past or present, failing an event, pressure of work, relationships.
These can have a huge impact on your emotional well being which can seep into your mental health. These emotions can manifest in the body as physical pain.
